How this archive works

Every document here was downloaded from the authority that published it, on the date shown against it. We store the file as it was served, keep a checksum of it, and record the page it came from so you can always open the live version alongside our copy.

A copy is not an authority. The authority is the revenue service or the legislature that issued the document, and its own site is always the current word. Our copy exists so that a citation stays readable after a page moves, a form is replaced for a new tax year, or a manual is rewritten.

Documents that carry a citation key from a Coinfig jurisdiction report are listed under that key on each country page, so a reference in the product opens the exact document behind it. Documents without a key are still archived, they simply sit outside the report register.
